Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link inside. Click through to follow your parcel on its way to you.
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update once it's first issued, so don't worry if it looks quiet to begin with.
We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 3–5 working days after that. If it's been more than 5 working days since dispatch and you still haven't received your order, email us at support@odellelondon.com and we'll look into it for you.
